It is forbidden to register in two or more qualifiers simultaneously. You may register for
another qualifying tournament only when your participation in the current one has ended.
Registration closes 30 minutes before the qualification starts.
1.1. The EU Open Qualifier Forge of Masters. WePlay! League Autumn 2019 games are
played online over the internet.

1.5. By signing up for a qualifier you finalize the team roster. Teams are not allowed to
change the roster after registration. Using standins is forbidden.
2. Tournament Conduct Format
2.1. Up to ro64 all matches are best of one. Starting from ro64 and up to the finals all the
matches are best of three.
2.2. Map(s) is(are) selected through map veto in the match lobby on site. Selection priority is determined by a coin flip (winner of coin flip is Team 1 and the loser of coin flip is Team 2).
Depending on the format, map selection is done as stated below:
1) Team 1 – ban 1st map;
2) Team 2 – ban 2nd map;
3) Team 1 – ban 3rd map;
4) Team 2 – ban 4th map;
5) Team 1 – ban 5th map;
6) Team 2 – ban 6th map;
7) Server – pick map.
1) Team 1 – ban 1st map;
2) Team 2 – ban 2nd map;
3) Team 1 – pick 1st map;
4) Team 2 – pick 2nd map;
5) Team 1 – ban 3rd map;
6) Team 2 – ban 4th map;

2.3. Side selection is determined by the knife round.
3. Game Rules
3.1. Discord is the main channel of communication with participants. Team captains will
be added to the qualifier channel by the main tournament judge after the end of
registration. Captains must be available through the qualifier channel during the
tournament. Captain’s nickname on Discord must match the nickname on the website
(example: Discord nickname — MOB#9999, website nickname — MOB). Failure to
comply with this rule may result in team disqualification.
3.2. During the tournament start, players will receive a match lobby invite (if you haven’t
received an invite, look for the lobby link through your profile or the tournament bracket).
If a player fails to enter the lobby for 15 minutes for any reason (internet outage, client
update, etc.) the team forfeits the match.
3.3. Before joining the sever players must download and install Anticheat.
3.4. Every player must record POV demo (use “record name ” command). The lack of
POV demo could cause loss of prize money or disqualification. If a team member
refuses to provide POV demo, the team may be disqualified. Only the judge can request
3.5. A match starts when every player has confirmed that they are ready (type !ready command in the chat). It is forbidden to start a match with an incomplete roster. If the enemy fails to enter the server with a full roster or type !ready command 10 minutes after the server invite, make a screenshot while pressing TAB and send it to the dedicated channel with the lobby link. (To track the time, use thetime command when you enter the server, and again in 10 minutes. Screenshot the chat as the prove that
you’ve been waiting for the opponent this long.)
3.6. Each player is allowed to pause the game (must type !pause in chat) no more than
two times and every time up to three minutes. After a player’s pause limit ends, the
match continues regardless of whether the problem is fixed.
3.7. Each player is allowed to pause a game (!pause command) but not more than twice
with up to three minutes each time. If the time has elapsed, the game resumes
regardless of the issues the player who had paused the game still has.
4. Bugs, Restrictions, Unfair Play, and Penalties
4.1. Players may receive technical defeats for using bugs. There must be solid evidence
indicating a player’s exploitation of a bug in order for them to be penalized. Verbal
accusations are not good enough.
4.2. Unfair play is defined as using scripts or programs that hack the game.
4.3. It is forbidden to change the value of the console command net_graph (the default
value is 0) (a value of 1 is allowed).
4.4. The cl_bobcycle console command can only have a value of 0.98.
4.5. The mat_hdr_level console command is not allowed.
4.6. Changing the value of weapon_debug_spread_show command is prohibited (the
default value is 0).
4.7. Weapon_recoil_model command is not allowed.
4.8. It is forbidden to swear, humiliate, provoke, abuse and deceive participants as well
as judges during a tournament by any means. For such violations, the player/team may
receive a warning or technical defeat and lose any prizes won. To report such behaviors,
you must provide screenshots. In some cases, you need to provide a POV demo at the
request of the judge as well.
4.9. Delaying the start of a match is strictly prohibited. If a player/team deliberately
delays the start of a match (prolonged smoke, toilet, food breaks, etc), they might
receive a technical defeat.
4.10. Should a player/team leave a match while it is being played, the judge can
consider that act withdrawal from competition which results in a technical defeat.
4.11. In case a match at any round of a tournament ends and we come to the conclusion
that for some reasons there has been a technical problem from our side (game server,
web service, website, etc.) with that match, the chief judge can ask both parties to replay
the match. Should one of the parties refuse to play again, they would face a technical
defeat as well as losing any prizes they have won at the end of that tournament.
4.12. Unsportsmanlike behavior is prohibited. Examples of such act include sabotaging a
match, verbal abuse, and any behavior that can fit in this category. Punishment for this
ranges from warning to total disqualification from a tournament.
4.13. A player's/team’s name cannot include words from the non-normative vocabulary,
propaganda, racism, or any form of hatred towards representatives of certain

If more than 2 years have passed since the ban on other tournament platforms, you can
play with us, but be advised your games will receive extra attention from the tournament
admins and judges. In case of rude behavior by a player/team, the offending party
receives a warning, a temporary ban, or loses winning at the discretion of the
5. Challenging Results and Resolving Disputes
5.1. After a match is over, the result and the player/team advancing to the next round is
no longer reviewed.
5.2. The tournament referee makes decisions in accordance with these Rules. In
controversial and non-standard situations, the judge has the right to personally resolve a
particular situation.In exceptionally controversial situations, if you have irrefutable
evidence proving your innocence, you may appeal to a decision made by a judge by
sending an email to email@example.com .
The tournament management has the right to change and modify these rules at any time
