3.2. When the tournament starts, you need to go to the website and confirm your readiness in your match section. Then, in Dota 2 you will receive an automatic invitation to the lobby. If the player does not take his slot in the match lobby within 5 minutes (Internet problems, installing a client update or other technical reason that depends only on the player), the player gets technical defeat.
3.3. Both players must select the same hero which is specified on the lobby page (the hero icon will become gray after one player picks the hero, but the other player is able to make the same pick). Picking another hero even by accident results in a technical defeat.
3.4. Each player is able to pause the game 1 time with total duration of 1 minute. A player is allowed for a longer pause with an opponent's agreement.
3.5 If the opponent picked a wrong hero, the second player must wait for the automatic advancement to the next stage of the tournament. Do not leave the game until you have won the match, otherwise, you can get a technical loss.
3.6. If one player unexpectedly disconnects from the game, the other player must keep the game paused for at least 5 minutes.
3.7. Before resuming, the player who paused the game must make sure the other player is ready. The game can resume as soon as the opponent announces readiness. If the opposing party doesn't confirm its readiness, then your opponent’s pause time report begins
3.8. The player who kills the opponent’s hero twice or destroy their tower is the winner of the game (suicides also count as kills).
3.9. If your game lasts longer than 25 minutes, you need to pause and inform a Dota2 Admin on the WePlay Esports Discord server. Otherwise, you may receive a technical defeat.
4.0. A participant who refuses to play a game again requested by the chief Judge receives a technical defeat and loses any prizes won in the tournament.

To file a complaint, you need to provide the Referee with screenshots proving your opponent has violated this rule.
